On Saturday, January 28th, God blessed us with:
a group of volunteers
many people who donated terrific yard sale items
friendly shoppers who stopped by to enjoy part of their day “shopping for treasures and necessities”

We had hundreds of shoppers who were friendly, familiar from past sales, and interested in connecting personally, not just finding something to buy.  It was a joy-filled day for which we are grateful.  Below is a letter to our donors expressing our thanks.

Good Morning Dear Friends of FHF,
 
You’ve heard it many times before in a variety of settings”:
“We couldn’t have done it without you”.
This is absolutely true in regards to your thoughtfulness, generosity, and effort in getting your donations to us for Saturday’s yard sale.

It was a FUN, SUCCESSFUL, HEARTWARMING kind of day.  So many interesting people  stop by, eager to learn more about our ministry or find and answer to their question “Why do you have so many yard sales?” which gives us a perfect opportunity to share about assisting in-need families AND to invite them to WACC.

SO, thanks, and please know that you are greatly appreciated, AND always welcome to stop by for a visit, a donation, a cup of tea....
